Thermal Panels

All Vantastec thermal panels are produced on site with Polyfoam high performance insulation to suit chill, frozen and heat applications and offer:

  • High impact resistance;
  • Structurally stable with long life durability;
  • Maximum load space because our conversions are manufactured to close tolerances to fit all vehicle contours; and
  • A huge range of applications for multi-temperature refrigerated vans, chilled or frozen.

Our linings are constructed in seam-free glass fibre reinforced GRP, finished with two layers of white flow coat on the walls and blue flow coat on the floor and skirting. The floor finish can be supplied in a smooth, gritted or textured option to suit. With pallet protection, tread-plate overlay or up-stands at the door edges for wet products.

Vantastec supply and install all the leading refrigeration systems that include GAH and Hubbard, among others.
