Vantastec Ltd are looking for a Finance Coordinator to control and process all finance documentation from the sales department and completing customer files to completion/pay out. The applicant must be compliant to FCA regulation and have previous experience in processing financial documentation.

Hours of work:-
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6pm
Alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm when required.

20 Holidays per annum plus bank holidays

Basic Salary offered is £20,000 – £22,000 on experience.

Duties Include:-
• Input finance proposal into finance systems from the sales team
• Arrange documents for posting
• Process documentation direct to finance houses
• Deal with Missing information direct with customers
• Obtain authorisation to release vehicle and inform sales department
• Assist customers on site for signing documentation

Experience required:-
• Experience in processing financial documentation
• Organised person
• Experience in motor trade preferred but not obligatory
• Able to work on own initiative and well as a team
