Which conversion spec is best for me?
That will depend on the temperatures you need. There are four main categories for temperature-controlled vehicles:
Ambient: Up to +25 °C
Chilled (aka fridge, refrigerated, or chiller): Down to +3 °C
Frozen (aka freezer): Down to -18 °C
Deep frozen: Down to -25 °C
Most of the vehicles advertised will be either chilled or frozen. If you require a deep frozen, ambient, or dual-temp configuration, let us know – we’ll be happy to help.
Do you offer delivery?
We do. In fact, all refrigerated vans for sale come with FREE delivery to mainland UK locations.
Can I finance my new van?
You can. Our two main options are finance lease and hire purchase. We have a guide that compares them both so you can choose the best option for you.
How quickly can I get a new van?
For vans advertised as ‘in-stock’ we can organise delivery as soon as we receive payment – we’ve even delivered vehicles only a day after the initial enquiry in the past.
For ‘in-build’ vehicles, it takes a couple of weeks for us to complete the conversion and get it ready for delivery or collection.
Vehicles with no labelled stock status vary depending on availability with our suppliers. Some might have stock on the ground, others might require us to put an order in with the factory. As soon as we receive the vehicle, it takes roughly 4-6 weeks to get it converted, depending on our current workload.
What warranties are included?
Your van itself is covered by the manufacturer’s full new vehicle warranty (term length varies per manufacturer.) Your fridge system comes with a one-year GAH warranty, subject to servicing. We also offer a 5-year, unlimited mileage warranty for our insulated lining – but we’re confident you won’t need that.
Do you take part-exchanges?

How does the free fridge service work?
Your GAH fridge unit needs to be serviced every six months.
Five months after you receive your new van, you’ll receive an email from us informing you your fridge service is due. The email will include contact details for GAH’s service department, so you can organise for their mobile engineers to carry out the work at a time and place that suits you.
We’ve already covered the cost of this first fridge service, so you won’t need to pay anything. You will then need to keep servicing it every six months to maintain performance and preserve all warranties.
Can you include bespoke extras?
Of course. If any of our advertised vans meet your requirements, simply let us know what features you’d like added and we’ll quote accordingly. Shelving, meat hooks, adjustable bulkheads – you name it, we’ll fit it.
Can I book a test drive?
Of course. We’re located just north of Cardiff in South Wales with plenty of public transport routes nearby. Coffees are on us!
Are your vans ULEZ and CAZ-compliant?
Yes. We only sell brand-new vans, so you don’t need to worry about ULEZ or CAZ charges.
