The simple thermostat control of the fan-assisted convection oven allows operators to accurately and easily control the temperature of the oven, maintaining the highest quality and nutritional value of the food whilst also ensuring that food preserves its flavour.
The internal structure of all Vantastec oven vans is able to be customised to accommodate the requirements of the customer and the business. Customers can select the size of the carrying capacities within the oven van, the number of shelves, the material used, from solid stainless steel to wired baskets, and even the size of the oven doors. The cage system is standard within all Vantastec oven vans, allowing for easy and safe loading of food. Static ovens are also available, which allow customers to prepare food in advance and preload the meals, which also reduces the handling of the meals. *
