At Vantastec we can convert any plain panel van from any manufacturer
to any specification of catering van including
coffee vans and sandwich delivery vans that you may need.
If your catering business delivers hot or cold foods then the law
states that
certain temperatures should be adhered to.
For chilled items, they should be kept at no more than 8 degrees
celsius.
For heated items, they should be kept at no less than 63 degrees
celsius.
All our hot and cold catering van bespoke conversions come with
in-cabin
digital temperature displays for the
heated and chilled sections.
Vantastec can also install Data Recorders to prove to your clients that
you are abiding by the laws of food transportation
in your new van.
